    "message": "Append ignore entries without rewriting the file\n\n.albers_build_ignore() rewrote .Rbuildignore/.gitignore with the first\nline's line ending, so a file mixing CRLF and LF (plsrri's .Rbuildignore)\ngot a diff on every line. It now appends the entry as bytes, in the\nending of the line above it, and leaves existing bytes untouched.\n\nCo-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>\n",
